FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in aircraft drive systems, robotics slewing devices and other motion control systems for which energy-mass indicators are relevant. The effect is achieved by introducing feedback on the difference between the available and required speeds, carrying out power consumption from the source depending on the load, i.e. providing the electromechanical drive with adaptability to the load action. The electromechanical drive contains an electronic amplifier, an executive electric motor with a current sensor, a mechanical gearbox, and also contains sensors for the position and speed of the output shaft. Feedback is formed and introduced to the input of the electronic amplifier by the voltage difference corresponding to the difference in speeds between the available limiting mechanical and the required load characteristics for a fixed torque value. The required speed is realized in the form of a signal from the drive output shaft speed sensor, and the available speed is realized by the calculator according to the signal from the electric motor current sensor according to the dependence , where is the maximum voltage of the control signal; , - EM parameters, respectively: back-emf coefficient, active resistance of the armature.
EFFECT: increase in energy and mass indicators due to the regulation of power consumption depending on the effect of the load, i.e. creation of an EMF with the property of adaptability in terms of power to the action of the load.
