SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sampling silty deposits of fluid and viscous consistency. A sampling device is disclosed, consisting of a rod attached to a hollow cylinder, the upper end of which is equipped with a hinged cover, while on the outer surface of the hollow cylinder in its lower part there is an annular stop interacting with the annular stop of the inner surface of the additional pipe, limited from moving upwards , fixed on the hollow pipe, the ring with the bracket has a hole at the end through which the cord is passed, fixed on the additional pipe, and on the lower parts of the hollow cylinder and the additional pipe provided with holes, a sleeve made of waterproof material is fixed.

EFFECT: invention ensures complete opening of the bottom of the hollow cylinder and more reliable closing when the sampler is lifted by eliminating slots.
