SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for sampling silt deposits of fluid and viscous consistency. A sampling device is disclosed, consisting of a rod (1) attached to a hollow cylinder (2), the upper end of which is equipped with a hinged cover (5), and a damper (7) is placed on the axis in the lower part of the hollow cylinder, the damper (7) is made ellipsoidal and fixed with its middle part on the rotary axis, which is made of two L-shaped parts (8, 9) attached to the plate (11).

EFFECT: invention ensures complete opening of the bottom of the hollow cylinder.
