FIELD: sampling of silty deposits.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sampling silty deposits of fluid and viscous consistency. Disclosed is a sampling device consisting of a rod attached to a hollow cylinder, the upper end of which has a hinged lid, while the axis of the rod coincides with the axis of the hollow cylinder; a ring fixed to the hollow cylinder and equipped with a spring-loaded ratchet dog is introduced, and an additional pipe equipped with vertical blades, freely rotating on the hollow cylinder, having in the lower part of the hole, on the upper end there are ratchet teeth interacting with the ratchet dog, and on the inner surface there is an annular stop interacting with an annular stop on the outer surface of the hollow cylinder, and a sleeve made of waterproof material is fixed on the lower parts of the hollow cylinder and the additional pipe.

EFFECT: present invention enables a complete opening of the bottom of the hollow cylinder and a more reliable closing when lifting the sampler by eliminating gaps.
