SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sampling sludge deposits of fluid and viscous-flowing consistency. Disclosed is a sampling device consisting of a rod attached to a hollow cylinder, the upper end of which is equipped with a hinged cover, and in the lower part of the hollow cylinder on the axis there is a gate. At that, the shutter is made ellipsoidal and is fixed by its middle part on the rotary axis, which is made L-shaped and its bent section is brought outside the hollow cylinder, outside of which there is a means of holding the ellipsoid shutter in the vertical position, consisting of a stand fixed on the outer surface of the hollow cylinder, on which a spring is installed, the second end of which is attached to the end of the bent section of the rotary axis, in addition, a U-shaped stop is fixed on the outer surface of the hollow cylinder, and on the rotary axis there is a protrusion interacting with a plate fixed on the cord, which is installed between the U-shaped stop and the protrusion.

EFFECT: invention provides complete opening of hollow cylinder bottom.
