SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting devices. Device for cutting bakery products contains a housing with a control panel, receiving and unloading zones, between which a knife is installed with the possibility of performing rotational movements by means of a motor. From the side of the receiving area, a pusher is installed, driven by an engine. The control panel contains a user interface consisting of a dial and an indicator of the set cutting thickness. Near the pusher and knife, position sensors are installed, configured to transmit data on the position of the pusher and knife, respectively, to the controller of the control unit, which is configured to calculate and transmit control signals to the knife and pusher motors based on the signals received from the setter and the mentioned position sensors.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the process of cutting bread blanks.
