FIELD: cutting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting devices in particular to the device for automatic cutting, and can be used for cutting bakery products of various varieties. Device for cutting bakery products comprises a housing with loading and receiving zones, between which a knife block is placed. Knife block consists of two groups of knives, set within equal distance from each other. In the case from the side of the loading zone is placed a pusher mounted on the base. Base of the pusher is made with the possibility of smooth movement along the body. In this case, the pusher is made in the form of a curved plate with slots for free passage through the slots of the knives. Curved plate has a continuous connecting surface and a supporting surface for interacting with the grain blanks, having at least one protrusion.
EFFECT: result is improved reliability and improved cutting quality.
