SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry and can be used for manufacturing trapezoidal spikes and for manufacturing shaped or profile surfaces of wooden parts. The mill comprises flanges with a central hole and a sleeve installed therein for setting the mill on the machine spindle. Round non-form-relieved cutters are installed on bolt axles in the peripheral part of the flanges, wherein the blades of said cutters are located so as to satisfy the condition of forming the cutting radius of the mill together with the axis of rotation of the mill. The cutter installation axis is shifted from the cutting radius of the mill in the direction of rotation of the cutting speed vector, forming a clearance angle. Two conical holes are made on the outer surface of the flanges on the line of the cutting radius of the mill symmetrically to the axis of rotation of the mill, wherein said holes are intended for installing a control and mounting tool with support bars and are made to ensure the adjustment of the blades of the round cutters to the set parameters selected from the dependencies provided.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining the basic linear and angular parameters of the mill and quality of the manufactured mill.
