SUBSTANCE: cutting plate has first cutting edge (7) damaged after first use (U1), note here that said cutting plate features, prior to use, characteristic spatial and geometrical parameters within preset tolerance range and said first intact cutting edge (7) of preset sharpness. Method comprises sharpening cutting surface (9) by removing material from said cutting surface of damaged edge (7), that characteristic spatial and geometric parameters of said cutting plate (3), having second cutting edge (7') of specified sharpness, correspond to specified tolerance range.
EFFECT: multiple use of cutting plate after sharpening.
