FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing and diagnostic equipment and can be used for accelerated testing of gearboxes of passenger cars with a transverse engine arrangement for durability with simulated operational loads, as well as for diagnosing their technical condition. The device contains a frame, an electric motor mounted on it, the shaft of which is connected through a flexible coupling to a drive shaft designed to connect a manual gearbox, an electric motor control unit, loading mechanisms and a signal conversion unit with a vibration sensor connected to it. A hydraulic drive control unit connected to the loading mechanism, a gearshift mechanism are installed on the frame, the drive shaft is equipped with intermediate supports for fixing the clutch mechanism of the gearbox, the loading mechanisms are made with the possibility of connecting to the drive shafts of the gearbox, and the signal conversion unit is connected to a computer.
EFFECT: possibility of diagnosing the gearbox of vehicles in close to real operating conditions, in particular, to determine the gaps in the interfaces of elements of gearboxes of vehicles.
