FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. The vibration isolator contains a movable platform with a rod attached to it, a base, resiliently damping rods discretely placed around the circumference and fixed at one end in the base, inside which a restrictive element made of elastomer is placed concentrically to form a dry friction damper. The restrictive element is made in the form of an axisymmetric bushing with a convex outer surface and an inner axial cylindrical hole, the lower end of which is equipped with an annular sleeve made of antifriction material, which forms a sliding friction pair with the base. The rod is made two-stage, the lower stage of the smaller diameter of which is placed in the cylindrical hole of the restrictive element, forming with it the second dry friction damper, and the transitional annular surface from the lower stage to the upper stage is supported on the second end of the restrictive element. In addition, a hole is made in the base for the lower step of the rod, and the diameter of the hole is larger than the diameter of the rod.
EFFECT: creation of a small-sized, structurally simple and effective vibration isolator with automatic adjustment of vibration isolating characteristics to obtain maximum technical efficiency is provided.
