SUBSTANCE: invention relates to touch panels. Touch panel comprises, located in series, a capacitive touch layer, an image formation layer, a ferromagnetic layer made in the form of two elastic translucent membranes fastened along the perimeter forming a cavity connected with the capsule for the ferromagnetic liquid via a channel, a backlight layer, and electric magnets located under the backlight layer and in the immediate vicinity of the capsule.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the apparatus and the accessibility of the interface for users with reduced or limited capacity.
