FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies of application of electroconductive protective coating to interconnectors of an air electrode chamber of solid-oxide fuel cells (hereinafter – SOFC); it can be used for protection from high-temperature corrosion of electrical contacts of interconnectors for SOFC, made of high-chromium steel or iron-nickel alloy. The method includes application of the first metal layer by electric deposition from a solution of a nickel plating or cobalt plating electrolyte, the second layer is applied to the first coating layer by deposition from a suspension consisting of particles of an oxide phase of CoMn2O4, distributed in an electrolyte solution containing Co and Mn cations, while constant electric current is used, and heat treatment of the covered surface is carried out in the form of two-stage calcination, at the first stage, heat treatment is carried out at 850°C in vacuum, at the second – at 1000°C in air atmosphere.
EFFECT: reduction in porosity, increase in corrosion resistance, improvement of adhesion of the resulting protective coating of an interconnector; in addition, samples of steel and alloys with corresponding coatings have smaller resistance at elevated temperatures.
