SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to an isolated genetically modified T-cell. The specified cell includes the first polynucleotide encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and the second polynucleotide containing sequences encoding hybrid protein containing protein beta-2-micro-globulin (B2M) and protein HLA-E, and/or HLA-G, where the first and the second polynucleotides are integrated into a gene of T-cell receptor-alpha (TCRA), as well as to its production method.
EFFECT: invention is effective in adoptive cell therapy.
