FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a method for obtaining transgenic plant cell. Method involves transforming a plant cell by a donor nucleic acid molecule that is inserted into a genomic locus selected from the group consisting of FAD2, FAD3 and IPK1 using site-specific nuclease.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently obtain transgenic plant cells.
