SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to vehicle control devices. The vehicle control device includes a microcontroller, a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth device, a voltage stabilizer circuit, and a voltage protection circuit, an accumulator battery, and a battery charge regulation circuit, an analogue-to-digital adapter of CAN bus of a transceiving type, an optic-to-digital signal adapter, a radio-frequency module (RF-module), an external antenna coordination system, and a non-volatile storage device (ROM), which provides a possibility of simultaneous formation of external and internal wireless network and connection to other devices to control, management, issue warnings, and save data about a driver and his/her driving style, about his/her cargo, and related vehicles in a real time mode, as well as to interact with other vehicles equipped with similar devices to maintain communication with them.
EFFECT: provision of information exchange between devices and provision of controllability of tracking variables in a vehicle environment.
