SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a syringe containing case (1) and handle (4) designed for the interaction with each other in order to provide a mutual fixation of case (1) and handle (4). Injection syringe case (1) contains longitudinal sleeve (2) containing at least one enclosing or enclosed retaining means (26) and a protective shell capable of moving along longitudinal sleeve (2) and capable of closing, in a retracted position, at least one retaining means (26) of longitudinal sleeve (2). Syringe handle (4) contains at least one enclosing or enclosed retaining means (8) designed for the interaction with at least one enclosing or enclosed retaining means (26) of longitudinal sleeve (2) to provide the retention function, while the mentioned interaction is a fixation position. The syringe additionally contains at least one locking device (7), which provides the radial retention function, when both the retracted position and the fixation position are activated.

EFFECT: obtaining an injection syringe.
