FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a injection syringes. A disposable injection syringe with a syringe cylinder, a piston plug movable in the syringe cylinder by means of a piston rod, a structural needle assembly mounted in the syringe cylinder and with a connector for connecting the piston rod and the structural needle assembly for reverse retraction of the structural needle assembly back in the syringe cylinder after injection delivery. The assembly comprises a plastic needle holder covering a stainless steel injection needle on a portion of the length, and also a sealing insert. The syringe cylinder, the structural needle assembly, and also the piston plug form an internal space for injection solution reception. The internal space in an initial condition is filled with the injection solution. The sealing insert made of pharmacological rubber is got on a back end of the holder facing the internal space. It closes completely the needle holder from the internal space receiving the injection solution. The sealing insert passes from the back end of the injection needle fastened in the needle holder to the internal space. The needle holder within its outer shell is provided with longitudinal ribs which are arranged in a narrowed end area of the syringe cylinder. A front end of a border projection of the sealing insert comprises a sealing fillet. The sealing fillet tightly adjoins an internal wall of the syringe cylinder and seals hermetically from bacteria.

EFFECT: creation of aforesaid syringe in which the injection solution when stored contacts solely with said currently accepted materials.
