FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor oil testing units. Disclosed is an automated engine oil bench test process control system, comprising an engine oil crankcase connected to the main oil line, in which are installed in series along the oil flow: an oil pump, a filter element with a bypass line and a differential pressure sensor on the filter element, closed-type water-to-oil heat exchanger with engine oil supply and discharge channels to the engine and cooling water supply and drain channels, exhaust gas discharge pipeline, program control unit, to the inputs of which the cooling water temperature sensors are connected, respectively, at the inlet and outlet of the water-oil heat exchanger, the oil temperature sensor at the engine lubrication system inlet, the oil viscosity sensor at the filter element outlet, and outputs of program control unit are connected to actuators of all shutoff valves and heater installed inside crankcase, wherein the exhaust gas discharge pipeline is made with a branch pipe connected to the exhaust gas intake, to which one of the inputs of the additionally introduced mixer is connected through the controlled shutoff valve, to the other input of which the air supplied through the corresponding shutoff valve is connected, wherein mixer outlet is communicated via additionally introduced shut-off valve on pipeline with crankcase, at the input of which installed are a gas-air mix flow rate sensor and a concentrator connected to program control unit.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of engine oil test duration for diesel engines due to intensification of oil oxidation process with simultaneous approach to real operating conditions of engine oils in equipment.
