FIELD: hydrocarbons catalytic aromatization.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the catalytic aromatization of C3-C4 hydrocarbons. The method includes catalytic processing of raw materials at elevated temperature and pressure, in at least two reactors, one of which is in the processing mode and the other in the regeneration mode, cooling and separation of the reaction products, as well as oxidative regeneration of the catalyst. The method is characterized in that the feedstock is pre-mixed with unconverted feedstock components, the circulating methane-containing gas is mixed with natural gas, heated to a temperature exceeding the reaction temperature, and fed into each section of at least a two-section reactor. The catalytic conversion of the feedstock is carried out with a conversion of not more than 80-95%, the reaction products are separated to obtain unconverted components of the feedstock and circulating methane-containing gas. At the same time, the supply of natural gas is carried out in an amount that compensates for the loss of methane due to chemical transformations and losses, in addition, as the catalyst is deactivated, the temperature in the reactor is raised to maintain its activity, and the molar ratio of methane contained in the mixture of natural and circulating methane-containing gas, to raw materials is not less than 4:1.
EFFECT: increase in the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons and an increase in the inter-regeneration period.
