FIELD: continuous separation devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for continuous separation into fractions of manure runoff from livestock enterprises. The device for separating manure into fractions contains a housing with loading and unloading nozzles, a filter element enclosed inside the housing with a conveying body in the form of a tape spiral placed in it and connected to a mechanical drive. The loading branch pipe, fixed coaxially to the discharge pipeline, is equipped with a filter installed at an angle to the housing, inside which a grooved filter element is located, consisting of inclined and horizontal surfaces. Moreover, the horizontal surface of the filter element covers the lower part of the tape spiral of the transporting body. At the end of the pressure pipeline there is an ejector with a drain pipe and a suction pipeline connected to a filtrate collector located in the lower part of the housing.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of humidity of the solid fraction of manure runoff by increasing the time of gravity filtering of the thickened fraction.
