FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and may be used in processing manure drains from cattle pig farms and cattle farms. Method involves preliminary condensation of initial mass of manure drains, secondary separation into solid and liquid fractions of condensed mass of manure drains and purification of liquid fraction from suspended solid particles. Preliminary condensation of initial mass of manure drains is carried out on hydraulic cyclone-thickener in the field of action of centrifugal forces. Secondary separation into condensed mass of manure drains is carried out in a filtering centrifuge to obtain a residue with moisture content of 65–70 %. Separated after preliminary condensation liquid fraction of manure drains and filtrate obtained after secondary separation, additionally subjected to electromechanical treatment in a ferro-vortex magnetic apparatus and then supplied to a thin-layer settler, where under the action of gravitational forces from the formed mass separating solid suspended particles, and clarified water is drained into an electric flotator, in which by means of electrolysis of water from clarified water more fine suspended solid particles are released.

EFFECT: use of the proposed method makes it possible to accelerate the process of settling the liquid fraction of manure and filtrate and to reduce the content of suspended solid particles in the liquid fraction of manure drains to the zootechnical requirements and to improve the environmental safety of the treated manure drains.
