FIELD: waste treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for continuous separation of suspensions and dehydration of liquid manure of livestock enterprises. The hydrocyclone thickener consists of a cylindrical-conical housing 1 with a tangential inlet pipe of the initial suspension 2, a drain pipe 3 and a branch pipe of the condensed fraction 4, equipped with a horizontal cylindrical chamber 5, the lower half 6 of which is perforated, limited by a sealed casing 7 and equipped with a filtrate outlet pipe 10. A screw 9 is mounted on the shaft 8, and at the output end of the screw shaft 8, at a distance from the main screw, a discharge screw 11 is installed, connected to a branch pipe 12 for unloading sediment. In addition, an elastic petal seal 13 is placed directly in front of the discharge screw 11 perpendicular to the shaft 8, pivotally fixed on the axis 14. The screw shaft is driven by an electric motor 15.
EFFECT: decrease in the humidity of the solid fraction of manure effluents.
