FIELD: near-bit modules.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to near-bit module. The near-bit module contains a housing with a central flushing channel, a device fixed in it for transmitting measurement signals from a well, electrically connected to a power source, as well as to measuring sensors, while the power source, sensors are placed in sealed cavities of the housing. The signal transmission device is hydroacoustic in the form of a piezoacoustic emitter located in the central flushing channel with the possibility of transmitting an acoustic signal through the drilling fluid. The sensors are electrically connected to a switch that transmits electrical signals to the encoder of the transmitter, which generates encoded electrical signals to excite the acoustic emitter. Sealed cavities are made in the form of depressions on the outer surface of the body. The cavities are sealed with an external cylindrical sleeve and sealing rings installed in the annular grooves of the body. The emitter is located inside the body flown by the drilling fluid, having a radial blind hole, in which a part of the commutation sealed bushing is installed, the other part of which is located in the radial through channel of the housing. In the through hole of the sleeve there are electrical conductors for connecting the emitter with the power source and with the transmitter encoder.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and service life of the device when operating in various geological environments.
