FIELD: field geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field geophysics, namely to devices for measuring geophysical and process parameters during drilling and their transfer to the surface. Device for transmitting borehole information along the hydroacoustic channel of the drill string is made in the form of a cylindrical housing with a central flushing hole and is equipped with an electric power supply, sensors of measuring equipment and connected to them by means of switchboard transmitter module of hydroacoustic communication channel. External cylindrical surface of the housing is made stepped with linear sections of different diameter. On the outer side of the housing section of a smaller diameter there are blind recesses not connected to the central flushing hole, in one of which there are sensors of the measuring equipment and a transmitter-receiver module, which includes switchboard electronic boards, power supply and electronic control boards, and in the other recess there is a transceiver module of the hydroacoustic communication channel. Switch and the transceiver module of the hydroacoustic communication channel are connected to each other by wire communication. On the outer surface of the housing section of a smaller diameter, a sealing bushing is installed by means of sealing rings, which outer diameter does not exceed the outer diameter of the housing section having a larger diameter. Transmitter module of the hydroacoustic communication channel is made in the form of a piezoelectric transducer located along the housing and fixed on the transverse partition in the recess. Piezoelectric transducer is drawn by a pin to the transverse partition by means of a front strap.
EFFECT: reduced hydroacoustic noise and increased strength of the drilling tool, as well as increased reliability of operation.
