FIELD: cementing.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a method for cementing a fiberglass casing with rotation and a rotating device for its implementation. The method for cementing a fiberglass casing string with rotation includes preliminary screwing on the lower part of the fiberglass casing string using a threaded connection of a cementing device. Then a fiberglass casing string is lowered into the well. The casing string is unloaded to the bottom by the value of the string weight, buffer fluid, cement slurry are sequentially pumped into the fiberglass casing string and it is forced out with drilling fluid. Prior to running the fiberglass casing string into the well, a rotating cementing device is installed in the string above the cementing device. Rotating device for cementing fiberglass casing string includes a body consisting of movable and fixed parts. The movable part of the housing includes the upper and lower parts of the housing. The upper part is equipped with an upper internal thread for connection with the GRP column nipple and a lower external thread for connection with the lower part of the body with a lower ledge with a radial groove, in which metal balls are installed in the amount necessary to fill the radial groove around the circumference. The fixed part of the housing is made in the form of an internal part of the housing with a characteristic outer protrusion along the entire diameter of the device, having mirror-shaped radial grooves with metal balls installed in them at the top and bottom, and at least four grooves with sealing rings installed in them.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of cementing the fiberglass casing by fixing the fiberglass casing in the well and the possibility of its rotation during cementing.
