FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular, to production of metal heat-resistant nickel powders. Powder is produced by electrical discharge dispersion of waste of the ZhS6U brand alloy in lamp kerosene at a 130 to 150 V voltage on the electrodes, 55 to 60 mcF capacitance of the capacitors, and a pulse repetition frequency of 260 to 300 Hz.
EFFECT: production of regular spherical elliptical particles with alloying elements evenly distributed throughout the volume.
