FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to creation of heat-resistant nickel-based alloys using substandard waste, which can be used in manufacturing of gas turbine engine parts. A heat-resistant nickel-based alloy is obtained as a result of spark plasma sintering of nickel-based powder at a temperature T of 1300°C, pressure P of 40 MPa and holding time t of 10 minutes, obtained by electroerosive dispersion of ZhS6U alloy waste in distilled water.
EFFECT: improvement of mechanical properties of products is ensured.
