FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heat-resistant nickel-based alloys using off-grade wastes. It can be used for production of parts of gas turbine engines with high mechanical characteristics. To obtain heat-resistant nickel alloy, powder obtained by electroerosion dispersion of “ЖС6У” alloy wastes in lighting kerosene is used. Alloy is obtained by spark plasma sintering at temperature of 1300 °C, pressure of 40 MPa and holding time of 10 minutes.
EFFECT: improved mechanical properties.
