SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petrochemical industry. Proposed is a unit for producing composite fuel, containing a tank for the initial petroleum product, pumping units, and a heating tank, characterised by including a normal cycle line and a modified cycle line, wherein said lines have a common tank for the initial petroleum product, connected with a desalination tank via a pipeline equipped with a pumping unit, and a petroleum heating tank connected with a distillation tower via a pipeline; wherein, for the normal cycle line, the desalination tank is directly connected to the heating tank, and for the modified cycle line, the desalination tank is connected to at least one liquid converter in communication with the tank for the modified petroleum product and with the water tank, and the tank for the modified petroleum product is in communication with the heating tank via a pipeline equipped with a pumping unit.

EFFECT: lower level of carbon emissions into the atmosphere from the combustion of composite fuel.
