FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for the production of fuel components, containing a feed tank for the initial petroleum product connected by pipelines with shut-off and control valves, a heating furnace, a distillation column, a cooling and vapour condensation system, collection tanks for finished components, pumps, and a control panel. The installation additionally contains a prefabricated intermediate tank and a component flow distribution unit, the rectification column additionally contains plates in the lower part, placed at an angle to the walls of the column and to each other, and an inlet above the plates for supplying waste oil products and oil sludge with a high paraffin content, and the prefabricated intermediate tank, on one side, is connected by pipelines to a cooling and vapour condensation system, and on the other hand, to a component flow distribution unit, the outputs of which are connected to tanks for collecting finished components: fuel component D-22 with a boiling point from 180 to 320°C, fuel component B-22 with a boiling point of no more than 180°C and heating oil, while the feed tank for the initial petroleum product is equipped with steam heating, and the pipelines are equipped with a steam jacket to maintain the fluidity of the product.
EFFECT: processing and disposal of waste oil products and oil sludge with a high paraffin content.
