SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for rescuing people on a vertical stone surface of a rock using mobile technical means in the process of rescuing. The method consists in that a rescue rock climber is equipped behind the climber to be rescued and a mobile technical device clinging to the rock is used to move him, having an electric motor with a cable from an autonomous mobile ground source. Two branches of the cable, each equipped with a branch of the halyard, are supported in the air by a flying unmanned balloon, and from the balloon the first branch of the cable with the halyard is connected to a mobile technical device, and the second branch of the cable with a halyard is connected to an autonomous mobile ground source of electrical energy. The climber-rescuer, when moving up, or both climbers, when moving down, attach their safety belts to the halyard of the first branch of the cable, and in the event of a sudden fall of a mobile technical device from a vertical stone surface, the rocks hang in the air on it, supported by a flying unmanned balloon, with which the operator , located on an autonomous mobile ground source of electrical energy, lowers them at a speed of no more than one meter per second, which ensures their health and life during the descent, while moving them by pulling the second branch of the cable with a halyard to a safe place for landing.
