The method includes the following stages: transmitting a beacon signal to the user terminal entering the zone; capturing the face of the user of the user terminal, comparing the image of the face with the multiple pre-stored face images for the purpose of first authentication and transmitting the result to the authentication server; requesting secondary authentication information from the user terminal if the user is identified as a pre-registered user in accordance with the result of the first authentication; capturing an image of the gesture entered by the user and comparing the image with the pre-registered image of gesture of the user for the purpose of secondary authentication; requesting access restriction information of the user for the purpose of tertiary authentication and transmitting the result of the tertiary authentication to the user terminal; verifying the location of a specific checkpoint wherefor access authorisation is set in accordance with the result of the tertiary authentication; and transmitting a control signal to the pass-through apparatus provided at the specific checkpoint by means of the user terminal.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of processing the passage access of a user through the checkpoint using three-stage authentication based on biometric information.
