FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of graphene nano-tapes. The method includes continuous precipitation of a catalyst on constantly moving substrate, formation of multiwall carbon nanotubes on substrate, separation of multiwall carbon nanotubes from substrate, collection of multiwall carbon nanotubes, and conversion of multiwall carbon nanotubes into graphene nano-tapes, wherein substrate passes sequentially through stages of precipitation, formation, separation, and collection, and further transformations into nano-tapes and graphene nano-tapes have purity of more than 95%. The invention also relates to graphene nano-tapes having a uniform length and purity of more than 99%, and the ratio of I2D/IG of 0.6.
EFFECT: obtainment of graphene nano-tapes.
