SUBSTANCE: terminal, together with a base radio station, performs random access procedures for restoration after beam failure and transmits to the base station information related to beam failure, related to the specified random access procedure. Information related to beam failure contains at least one of a number of acts of transmission of a random access preamble, which took place before the end of the random access procedure, information indicating, whether transmission of the random access preamble with predefined the most transmission power took place in the random access procedure, information indicating, whether a conflict is detected in the random access procedure with the possibility of a conflict and quality of reception of a predefined synchronization signal unit, according to which a radio line was monitored.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of automated optimization of parameters related to a beam.
