FIELD: nuclear power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the elements of fastening and installation of pumps for pumping liquids with high temperature and can be mainly used at nuclear power plants (NPP) in the main circulation pumping units (MCPs) designed for the coolant circuit of a nuclear power plant (NPP) passing through the reactor core. The support device (1) consists of an adjustment mechanism (2) and a roller support (3) connected by a fastening element (4); the adjusting mechanism (2) includes a support screw (5) screwed into a threaded sleeve (6) fixed with fasteners (7) in a cylindrical sleeve (8); the support screw (5) presses on the axle bearing (9), which transmits the compression force through the bearing (10) to the disc (11) and on a set of disc springs (12) located in the housing (13); the housing (13) with a set of disc springs (12) is mounted in a cylindrical sleeve (8) and transmits the load to the roller support (3) through a hemisphere (14); the roller support (3) consists of a support plate (15) with a hemisphere mounted on it (14), the support plate (15) is mounted on a visor (16), which is connected to one side of the flange (17) by fasteners (18), the other side of the flange (17) is mounted on the foundation plate (19) and is connected to it by fasteners (20); an annular groove is made on the inner end surface of the foundation plate (19), into which the sealing element (21) is installed, the sealing connector flange (17) - foundation plate (19) - universal plate (22); inside the flange (17), above and below, two universal plates (22) are installed, limiting two rows of non-parallel rollers (23), connected by guide devices (24) and limiting devices (25); two rows of rollers (23) are separated by a middle plate (26); in the flange (17) radially, there are two rows of adjustment elements (27) for adjusting and fixing the limiting devices (25).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at: reducing the time of assembly/disassembly during maintenance of the support device; ensuring the preservation of the volume of lubrication in the support device during operation, which increases the overall service life of the support device; reducing the dimensions of the support device.
