FIELD: cooling systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling systems for bearings of pumping units and can be used, in particular, at thermal power plants (TPP) for cooling the bearings of circulation pumps and bearings of their electric motors. The pump unit bearing cooling system comprises a circulation pump, the inlet of which is connected to a cooling water supply pipeline, and the circulation pump outlet pipe is connected to a pressure pipeline, which is connected to at least two cooling water filtration pipelines, on the line of each of which a check valve is installed in series, the first stop valves, filter and second stop valves. Each of said cooling water filtration pipelines is connected to a distribution pipeline, on the line of which an auxiliary pump is installed. Wherein each filter contains a drain pipeline connected to it up to its filtering surface along the flow of water for cleaning the filtering surface, on the line of which a shut-off valve is installed. At the same time, a differential pressure gauge is installed on the line of each cooling water filtration pipeline between the filter inlet and outlet. At that, the distribution pipeline is connected to the cooling pipeline of the upper bearing of the electric motor of the circulation pump, on the line of which the first heat exchanger is installed, immersed in the first oil bath, connected to the first water drain pipeline; wherein the top bearing of the electric motor is placed inside the first oil tank. At that, the distribution pipeline is connected to the cooling pipeline of the lower bearing of the electric motor of the circulation pump, on the line of which the second heat exchanger is installed, immersed in the second oil bath, connected to the second water drain pipeline; moreover, the lower bearing of the electric motor is placed inside the second oil pan. In this case, the distribution pipeline is connected to the cooling pipeline of the upper bearing of the circulation pump, which is connected to the inlet to the housing of the upper bearing of the circulation pump. Moreover, the outlet from the housing of the upper bearing of the circulation pump is connected to the third water drain pipeline. At the same time, the distribution pipeline is also connected to each of at least two cooling water filtration pipelines by means of pipelines for filter cleaning, on the line of each of which a shut-off valve is installed, between the filter outlet and the shut-off valve installed after it.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the cooling system for bearings of pumping units.
