FIELD: experimental stands for testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of experimental stands for testing electric submersible pumps, jet apparatus, as well as various layouts of their joint operation, and can be used to obtain the performance of the listed equipment when simulating the injection of gas-liquid mixtures, in particular, to increase oil recovery by water-gas stimulation of the formation. Stand for the study of the characteristics of pump-ejector systems, including a reservoir tank, a power pump, ejector, booster pump, measuring, regulating elements, while the exhaust manifold of the internal combustion engine is connected to the receiving chamber of the ejector through a pipeline connected to a gas-liquid heat exchanger, and the liquid line of the heat exchanger at the inlet is in communication with the output line of the power pump, and at the outlet with the working ejector nozzle, while the gas line of the heat exchanger at the inlet is connected to the pipeline from the exhaust manifold of the internal combustion engine, and at the outlet - with the receiver connected to the receiving chamber of the ejector, and at the outlet of booster pump, an additional separator tank with outlet liquid and gas lines is installed, in addition, the outlet liquid line of the additional separator tank is connected to a drain into the sewer, and the outlet gas line is connected to discharge into the atmosphere, moreover, the tank tank is connected to the water supply line from the plumbing.
EFFECT: technical result is an expansion of the arsenal of technical means for studying the characteristics of pump-ejector systems.
