FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dual-fuel power systems for internal combustion engines (ICE). A dual-fuel ICE injector is proposed, comprising a body 1, an atomizer with large 21 and small 20 nozzle holes, fixed in the body 1 with a union nut 3 with the possibility of a tight connection, fittings for supplying pilot diesel fuel 4 and main fuel 5, a channel for supplying pilot diesel fuel 6 and a channel supply of the main fuel 7, fitting for draining leaks of pilot diesel fuel, internal 8 and external 12 locking needles with 13 and radial holes 14 made in the last groove, intermediate inner 9 and outer 15 bushings, springs 11, 17, 19 of the inner 8 and outer 12 shut-off needles The adjustment unit contains adjusting washers 24, 25 for setting the precompression force of the springs of the outer 12 and inner 8 locking needles. The needle travel stops are made in the form of an adjusting screw 26 and a body 22 of the adjustment assembly. A pin is installed in the nozzle body and atomizer body to keep the atomizer body from turning. Channel 7 for supplying the main fuel through the switch is connected to the gas and diesel fuel lines. The spring of the external locking needle 12 is made of two separate parts 17, 19, between which there is a movable stop 18, made in the form of an armature of a linear solenoid 19 connected to a power source, which, in turn, is connected to the main fuel supply channel switch.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the technical and economic performance of the internal combustion engine by ensuring the high efficiency of the dual-fuel injector, which ensures the rational supply of the main (gas or diesel) and ignition diesel fuel when the internal combustion engine is operating both in the gas-diesel mode and in the diesel mode.
