SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices and methods for preparing blood for analysis. A closure cap (100) is disclosed to close the tube (200) for receiving liquid (300), having a membrane (110) pierced by a cannula (400); a bottom (120) located below the membrane with a hole (121), and an empty space (130) is formed between the membrane (110) and the bottom (120) for receiving liquid (300); a check valve (160) to release the hole (121) in the bottom (120) for liquid (300) to flow out of the empty space (130) into the tube (200) and to close the hole (121) to direct the flow of liquid (300) from the tube (200) into the empty space (130); and the empty space (130) has a dividing wall (150) to divide the empty space into the first (131) and the second (132) partial space; moreover, the first partial space (131) is made above the bottom area (120) without a hole (121); moreover, the second partial space (132) is made above the hole (121) in the bottom (120); moreover, the first partial space (131) and the second partial space (132) are made above the bottom (120) communicating with each other with the passage of the fluid; at the same time, the dividing wall (150) has on its end facing the membrane (110) has an overflow edge (151) and/or a perforation (152) to provide communication with the passage of the fluid between the first (131) and the second (132) partial space; and the dividing wall (150) extends from the bottom (120) of the empty space (130) into the empty space (130).
