FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for correcting the atrioventricular valve of the patient comprises a closing element with a first end part and a second end part; a pair of lobes connected with the second end part of the closing element. The closing element narrows from the first end part of the closing element to the second end part. The lobes are configured to move between the open position and the closed position and to be attached to the atrioventricular valve of the patient. Disclosed are variants of the apparatus, variants of the system and a method for correcting the atrioventricular valve, a method for implantation of the apparatus and a method for releasing the grip of the apparatus.
EFFECT: inventions provide a possibility of providing an effective seal, contributing to the closure of own flaps around the closing element.
