FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and may be used for producing highly concentrated plasma. A device for highly concentrated plasma recovery from whole blood comprises: a syringe; a centrifuge tube attached to the syringe for centrifugation of the whole blood from the first syringe; and a membrane filter for removal of water or a water-containing component having a size smaller than a pre-set particle diameter by means of the membrane from plasma. The membrane filter comprises: a case comprising an inlet for syringe attachment, a membrane, a second space formed in the case, wherein the plasma is introduced for filtration; the highly concentrated plasma containing the components having a size greater than the pre-set particle diameter and oversizing the membrane, stays in the second space. The group of inventions also refers to a method for producing highly concentrated plasma from whole blood by means of the declared device.
EFFECT: group of inventions facilitates the highly concentrated plasma process and provides the higher product quality.
