FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of catalysts, namely to catalytic products intended for processing of an exhaust gas flow formed in fuel combustion. The group of inventions describes a catalytic product containing catalytically active substrate including one or more channels passing along its axial length, through which, when using, exhaust gas flows, formed in fuel combustion, wherein one or more channels have the first surface for contact with the exhaust gas flow formed in fuel combustion. In this case, substrate is made of material of an extruded vanadium-containing SCR catalyst, wherein the first layer is located on at least part of the first surface, while the first layer contains coating of porous oxide of a composition of a catalytic ammonia slip neutralizer containing one or more platinum group metals supported on material of a carrier based on metal oxide particles. At the same time, the layer containing coating of porous oxide of the composition of SCR catalyst is located on a surface of one or more channels, while at least part of the first surface, to which the first layer is applied, contains a compound of copper, iron, cerium, or zirconium and a mixture of any two or more of them, in particular a compound of iron. A system for exhaust gas processing for processing of an exhaust gas flow, a method for processing of an exhaust gas flow, and methods for the manufacture of a catalytic product are also described.
EFFECT: implementation of the group of inventions provides a vanadium-containing SCR catalyst with improved resistance to vanadium poisoning and high activity of ammonia oxidation.
