FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of hydrogen form (H-form) of zeolites to use as catalysts. The method includes the stages: preparation of a mixture containing at least one source of silicon oxide and at least one structure-directing agent (SDA) in form of a hydroxide, wherein this mixture is substantially free of alkaline metals; heating of said mixture under autogenous pressure with stirring or mixing for a sufficient amount of time for crystallization of hydrogen zeolite crystals with an AEI backbone.
EFFECT: synthesized zeolite is free from sodium ions and demonstrates high selectivity and hydrothermal longevity after aging.
