FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of acetylene and synthesis gas by partial oxidation of hydrocarbons with oxygen. In this case, the first initial flow containing one or several hydrocarbons and the second initial flow containing oxygen are preheated separately from each other, mixed in the ratio of mass flows of the second initial flow to the first initial flow, corresponding to the oxygen number λ less than or equal to 0.31, wherein the oxygen number λ is the ratio of amount of oxygen actually present in the second initial flow to stoichiometrically required amount of oxygen, which is necessary for the complete combustion of one or several hydrocarbons contained in the first initial flow. Then, through a burner block, the mixture is supplied into a combustion chamber, where partial oxidation of the specified hydrocarbons occurs, to obtain cracking gas, which is sharply cooled downstream from the combustion chamber to a temperature from 80 to 90°C by injection of an aqueous medium for quenching, wherein a flow of process water Iliq is obtained, as well as a flow of gaseous product Ig, which is cooled in a cooling column by direct heat exchange with cooling water to obtain a flow of process water IIliq as a cubic flow, a flow of gaseous product IIg as a head flow, as well as a side flow, which is depleted in the soot content in an electric filter, wherein a flow of process water IIIliq is obtained in the electric filter, which is combined with flows of process water Iliq and IIliq into a flow of process water IVliq. The method is characterized by that the combined flow of process water IVliq is purified by partial evaporation in a tank with reduced pressure, wherein this combined flow of process water IVliq is evaporated in amount from 0.01% by wt. to 10% by wt. per the total weight of this flow to obtain a purified flow of process water Vliq, which is removed from a cube of the tank with reduced pressure and is directed through soot channels with surface particle separators to obtain a flow of process water Viliq freed from floating soot, which is recycled into the method.
EFFECT: use of the proposed method allows for effective prevention of unwanted emissions of pollutants.
