FIELD: materials testing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing materials for abrasive wear. The abrasive is moved at different speeds along the tested working body of the abrasive, which is used as sand, which, at the moment of movement along the tested working body, is given a variable density by adding water to its composition until it is fully saturated, and at the same time centripetal acceleration of the movement of at least 30 m/c2. The device comprises a frame, a drum for an abrasive medium, fixed on a hollow shaft, and brackets installed in the shaft cavity on a vertical axis for fastening the tested working bodies, a drum drive. A moisture-collecting device is placed along the outer radius of the drum, made in the form of coaxially placed two hollow cylinders, with perforated surfaces, the space between which is filled with a porous material, and the axis is connected to a tensometric device. Drain holes are located at the bottom of the drum.

EFFECT: reducing the time spent on testing the working body of the tillage machine for abrasive wear.
