FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the construction materials industry, namely to the raw material mixture for the manufacture of heat-insulating cellular materials and the method for its preparation. The raw material mixture for the manufacture of cellular materials includes, wt. %: Portland cement grade 500 40-45, filler: crushed expanded clay with a grain size of 0-5 mm or quartz sand with size modulus 1,8-2,0 32, foaming agent PB-2000 2, polymer micro-reinforcing construction fiber RCF with a diameter of 20-50 mcm and a length of 3-18 mm or basalt fiber with a diameter of 13-17 mcm and a length of 6-12 mm 3-10, superplasticizer Sika ViscoCrete-3 0.2, modifying additive: colloidal nanodisperse sodium polysilicate with a silicate module 6.5 2-4, water being the rest.
EFFECT: increase in compressive and tensile strength, an increase in the coefficient of structural quality of cellular materials.
