The system contains: communication facilities, radar facilities, satellite facilities, means of displaying the state of a vehicle and other objects, a measurement unit, an analytical unit, an own and an external database, a control unit, an information unit with task modules, movement routes and the risk of task completion. The system means are configured to measure, receive, process, store, filter, periodically update and output data to the display means about the coordinate, orientation and kinematic data of the vehicle, other vehicles, stationary objects and their kinematic interaction. The block of information with the modules of the task, movement routes and task execution risk is configured to control the tool by changing its orientation and kinematic parameters depending on the task, movement routes and task execution risk.

EFFECT: increase in the probability of accomplishing the task of the vehicle and an organized group of vehicles in the process of movement is achieved.
