The system means are configured to measure, receive, process, store, filter, periodically update and output data to the display means about the coordinate, orientation and kinematic data of the vehicle, other vehicles, stationary objects, their kinematic interaction and means of destruction of the vehicle. The information block with the modules of the task, movement routes, information radii and task execution risk is configured to control the tool by changing its orientation and kinematic parameters depending on the task, movement routes, information radii and task execution risk.

EFFECT: increase in the probability of accomplishing the task of the vehicle and the organized group of vehicles in the process of movement is achieved.
