SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. The AND/OR trigger logic element contains seven transistors, six resistors and two constant voltage sources, a two-emitter n-p-n first additional transistor, a p-n-p second additional transistor, an additional resistor are also introduced into it, the inclusion of elements is changed, the collector of the first additional transistor is connected to the base of the first transistor, two outputs of the two-emitter first additional transistor form two inputs for the AND logic element, an additional resistor is connected between the base of the first additional transistor and the output of the DC supply voltage source, the emitter of the second additional transistor is connected to the common terminal of the third resistor and the collector of the fourth transistor, the base of the second additional transistor is connected to common output of the first resistor, collectors of the first, second, third and fifth transistors, the collector of the second additional transistor is connected to the base of the fifth transistor, to the fifth resistor y, the free terminal of the fifth resistor is connected to the free terminal of the fourth resistor and their common terminal forms the output of the logic element relative to the "ground".
EFFECT: increasing the load capacity of the trigger logic element AND/OR.
